Fellow friends of The Food Werewolf may be aware that we are all about change. Change is good! Change helps expand the mind, body and soul. It also brings about a good dose of fear and self evaluation, but this is also a helpful part of the journey… However I am not about to delve into the depths of managing personal change just now. This blog is just a quick chat to keep you all up to date with the latest changes here at The Food Werewolf den.
You may have noticed I’ve been a bit slack with the old blog posts and social media coverage of late… But it’s been for good reason! Our little family has been embarking on some rather exciting major changes, and there’s plenty more to come! (think: moving to 3 different houses, two different states and several different countries in less than 12 months…)
So of course, priorities have been a little skewed and as a result, I haven’t been able to spend quite as much time sharing all things life transforming and balancing with relation to clean healthy eating…
But fear not! Amidst the chaos, I have many and varied plans brewing away, with exciting new TFW changes scheduled for 2016, including special weekly focus posts on particularly nasty additives, food product reviews and venturing into the world of video clips and you tube, all to help you find calm and eat additive free with ease! As we sail through these tumultuous times, the ideas and information I have to share is almost spilling out of my brains with renewed kinetic energy, so containing it is rather difficult let me tell you!
So as a little taster, stay tuned for this Friday’s blog on Friday’s Food Additive Of The Week – just a little hint of what’s to come!
In the meantime, I do hope you are all soldiering on through the end of year chaos, finding moments to stay happy, healthy and calm, and occasionally taking time to check out The Food Werewolf for any tips and hints to help you on your journey!
Thank you to all for your patience and support and I look forward to helping in exciting new ways in the new year!
Loren x
PS: Remember to take time to stop and breath people – renewing our energy stores in calming ways other than with healthy food intake is of particular importance at this time of year! 🙂
